Orders usually arrive as free text: staff guess the product, get the quantity wrong, forget the total, and cannot match the proof photo to an order. WACO Catalog turns it into a fixed flow: the customer types "katalog", picks a product from a list, enters a quantity, and receives a numbered order with the total and your bank accounts — in WhatsApp or website live chat. Products are simply typed into the portal; no Meta Commerce Manager, no business verification.
Up to 10 products with name, price, description, and image. In WhatsApp it is an official list message; in live chat, option buttons. Triggered by a keyword, an interactive-menu option, or staff typing /katalog in a private note.
Pick a product → enter a quantity → Add more, Finish & pay, Cancel. Nothing guessed; the AI Operator stays silent during ordering.
Finish → order P-000123 with summary, total, and your bank accounts, plus "type sudah bayar". An order number entered as the invoice in payment confirmation links automatically; a valid payment marks the order paid.
Every order becomes a private note labelled "pesanan" in the conversation. An order list in the portal to change status (paid, processing, completed, cancelled) — the customer is notified automatically — and CSV export.
Webhooks pesanan.baru and pesanan.status, API for listing orders,
changing status, and sending the catalog. Fits a POS, ERP, or n8n.
No extra cost and no Meta verification, because it only uses official WhatsApp session messages. Good for balance top-ups, services, packages, or ready-to-ship products.
No. The channel is official (WhatsApp list and button messages), but the catalog belongs to WACO — so no Commerce Manager, no product review by Meta, no business verification. The official Meta catalog can be added as a second path if needed.
Bank transfer to the accounts you list, then the customer confirms through Payment confirmation (form + proof photo). An order number entered as the invoice links the two automatically. Your billing system can mark it valid through the API.
Up to 10 active products per catalog — the WhatsApp list limit. For more choices, use the interactive menu as a door into several categories.
